How To Make 15-Minute Chicken And Rice Dinner

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast (halves)
  • 1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 Cups MINUTE White Rice (uncooked)
  1. Heat oil then add chicken; cover.
  2. Cook until lightly browned.
  3. Replace chicken with soup and water. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice.
  5. Place chicken on top and cover.
  6. Cook until chicken is cooked all the way through.
  7. Let sit until excess liquid is absorbed.
