  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon


  1. In a medium pan, combine the corn syrup, water, sugar, and cinnamon.

  2. Bring this mixture to a full boil over medium heat while stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat and cool for about 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the evaporated milk and serve warm over pancakes or waffles. Alternatively, you can also use this to sweeten your daily coffee or tea
