Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 16 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until opaque.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Remove shrimp from skillet.
- Reduce heat, add wine, and simmer for a few minutes while stirring.
- Reduce heat once more to low and pour in cream.
- Stir in cheese until melted and cook until thickened.

Toss pasta with sauce and add shrimp. Serve.
