- 12 oz chicken breasts, boneless and skin-on

- ½ cup walnuts, roasted
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered

Instructions
- Divide spinach into two batches. Put the first batch of spinach with all the ingredients in the food processor, pulse until pureed. Add the remaining spinach and pulse until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat up a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil, then sear your chicken on all sides evenly. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
