Ingredients
- 1 lb pork chops, cut ½-inch thick
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ cup apple juice
- ½ cup water
- chives , chopped, to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- In medium skillet, heat oil until hot.
- Add chops and brown on both sides.
- Drain and discard excess fat. Add apple juice, water, chopped chives,
- Worcestershire sauce and salt. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until pork chops are tender.
- Serve with sauce in skillet.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
