How To Make Homemade Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This creamy Tuscan chicken is seasoned and sauteed with mushrooms and sundried tomatoes then simmered in heavy cream and cheese.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 3chicken breasts,boneless, thinly-sliced
  • 3tbspbutter
  • 1tbspgarlic paste
  • 1tspchili flakes
  • ½tspblack pepper
  • ½tspItalian seasoning
  • ½tspsalt
  • 1cupheavy cream
  • ¼cupcheddar mixed cheese,optional
  • 1cupbaby spinach,chopped
  • ½cupsundried tomato
  • 4mushrooms,chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add garlic paste. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

  2. Add the chicken breasts and fry for 7 to 10 minutes, until it is light brown.

  3. Sprinkle salt, chili flakes, black pepper, Italian seasoning on the chicken.

  4. Add the chopped spinach, mushrooms, and sundried tomatoes, then cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add cream and cheese.

  5. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
