How To Make Tuscan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, and oregano.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned.

Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the tomato and olive mixture over them.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
