How To Make Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

This peanut butter sandwich is warm and comforting with just the right amount of sweetness, thanks to the addition of banana.

  • 2tbsppeanut butter
  • 2sliceswhole wheat bread
  • 1pcbananasliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread.

  3. Place banana slices onto the peanut buttered side of one slice, top with the other slice, and press together firmly.

  4. Fry the sandwich for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
