Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crushed pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
