Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, Swerve brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Add pork and cook until browned, around 3-5 minutes each side.

  5. Add in the teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.

  6. Cook until the sauce thickens, around 2-3 minutes.

  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
