Celery adds a fresh crunch to any burger!


These celery burgers is a wonderful blend of good lean beef along with Worcestershire sauce. An added crunch from the celery bits makes this stand out from your regular patty.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 6 stalks celery
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Hamburger buns , and fixings

Instructions

  1. Put ground beef in a large bowl.
  2. Chop celery very finely (the smaller the celery pieces the better the burgers hold together while cooking).
  3. Add salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix ingredients well.
  5. Form patties and cook over medium charcoal grill (or gas grill if you must) until done.
  6. Serve on buns with condiments.
