How To Make Grilled Chicken with Chilli & Sesame Seeds

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  4. Brush the chicken breasts with the sauce mixture on both sides.

  5. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

  6. While the chicken is grilling, heat a small skillet over medium heat and toast the sesame seeds until lightly golden.

  7. Remove chicken from the grill and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
