How To Make Sticky Sausages with Potato Sweetcorn Salad

Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Place the sausages on a baking sheet and brush them with the honey mixture.

Bake the sausages for 20-25 minutes, until sticky and caramelized.

In the meantime, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, sweet corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh parsley.

Toss the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
