Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the rolled oats and cook according to package instructions.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Set aside.

In another saucepan, combine the diced apples, raisins, water, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the apples are tender and the liquid has reduced, about 10 minutes.

Serve the creamy yogurt porridge in bowls, topped with the apple and raisin compote.
