- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons Kolhapuri Kala Masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil

In a bowl, mix Kala Masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, and salt.

Marinate the chicken pieces with the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken pieces on both sides for about 3-4 minutes each, until they turn golden brown.

Transfer the seared chicken pieces to a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
