How To Make Simple and Easy Aloo Gobi

Bring out some cauliflowers and some potatoes, we are making a savory aloo gobi dish that goes well with rice. The explosion of flavors will wow you.

Ingredients

  • 1cauliflower,large cut into florets
  • 3potatoes,medium
  • 1onion,medium, chopped
  • 1tbspbutter
  • salt
  • ½tspgaram masala
  • 1tspcoriander
  • ¼tsptumeric
  • ½tspchili powder

Instructions

  1. In a pot of salted water, boil potatoes for 4 minutes.

  2. Add the cauliflower and cook an additional 5 minutes.

  3. Drain.

  4. Meanwhile in a large frying pan, heat butter on low flame and cook onions until translucent.

  5. Add potatoes, cauliflower and remaining spices and sauté for about 4 minutes.

  6. Add ½ cup of water and mix a few more minutes.
