How To Make Curried Coconut Chicken Recipe

Push the onions and garlic to one side of the skillet and add the chicken breasts. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded together.
Serve the curried coconut chicken over rice or with naan bread. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
