How To Make Crockpot Dr. Pepper Roast Beef

This roast beef recipe makes use of Dr. Pepper to add sweetness and moisture to the beef.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb roast beef
  • 1 can Dr. Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Place beef roast and ingredients in the crockpot.

  2. Cook for 7 hours on Low.

  3. Reduce the juice to ⅓ and serve warm with your choice of sides and the roast beef's juices.
