  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, powdered or grated

To Serve:

  • 4 oz fusilli pasta, or cooked pasta of your choice
  • 1 oz garlic toast
  • parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
  2. Cook on High for 2 hours.
  3. When finished, season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.
  4. Serve your finished cream sauce over pasta, with a side of garlic toast, and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
