How To Make Crockpot Chicken Vodka Cream Sauce

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ tsp dried crushed pepper
  • ¼ cup parsley (chopped)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  1. Wash and chop up the chicken breasts.

  2. Throw the chicken breasts into the crockpot.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together .

  4. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.

  5. Cook on high for 2 hours.

  6. When finished, serve your finished cream sauce (over pasta if desired).
