How To Make Cheesy Chicken Ranch Potatoes
This chicken ranch potatoes casserole is an easy weeknight meal that is loaded with cheese, bacon, chicken breasts, potatoes, and ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 3chicken breasts,cubed
- 2lbsred potatoes
- ½cupranch dressing,(store-bought or homemade)
- ½cupsour cream
- ½tsppepper
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½tspdill
- ½tspparsley
- 1¼cupcheese,cheddar or any desired blend, shredded, divided
- 8slicesbacon,cooked, crisp & crumbled
- 4green onions,thinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Wash potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.

Meanwhile, season chicken with salt & pepper. Over medium heat, fry chicken for 6 to 8 minutes until no pink remains.

In medium bowl, combine ranch dressing, sour cream, ¾ cup cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.

Place chicken and potatoes into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle with half of the bacon and half of the green onions. Spread sauce over top.

Top with remaining cheese and bake 35 minutes uncovered or until browned and bubbly.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with remaining bacon and green onions. Serve with sour cream if desired.
