How To Make Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.

In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, dried dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Place a layer of sliced potatoes in the greased baking dish. Drizzle a spoonful of the ranch dressing mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle with a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Repeat the layers until all potatoes, ranch dressing mixture, and cheese are used. Make sure to end with a layer of cheese on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Then, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
