Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot of salted boiling water, blanch the broccoli and cauliflower florets for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic powder and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the milk, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

In a greased casserole dish, layer the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, and cauliflower.

Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
