How To Make Limber de Coco (Coconut Ice)

Ingredients
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of condensed milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups.

Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of each mold.

Insert popsicle sticks or cover the cups with plastic wrap.

Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

To serve, remove from freezer and let sit for a minute or two to soften slightly. Enjoy!
