  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Crushed peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced spring onions, red bell pepper, and green chili.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and salt.

  3. Pour the dressing over the spring onion mixture and toss to combine well.

  4. Allow the salad to marinate for 10 minutes for the flavors to meld together.

  5. Garnish with crushed peanuts before serving.
