How To Make Millionaire’s Cheesecake
A decadent and indulgent dessert, Millionaire’s Cheesecake is a rich and creamy treat that combines the flavors of caramel, chocolate, and cheesecake in one delicious bite.

Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300g cream cheese
- 200g caramel sauce
- 200g chocolate, melted
- 200ml double cream
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor or place in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.

In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the base of a greased 8-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, caramel sauce, melted chocolate, double cream, caster sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and decorate with chocolate shavings, if desired.
