How To Make Millionaire’s Ice Cream Bombe

Ingredients
- 2 pints of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of chocolate ganache
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup of chopped roasted nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions

Line a 9-inch round bowl with plastic wrap, leaving an overhang for easy removal later.

Soften one pint of vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly onto the bottom of the lined bowl.

Pour half of the chocolate ganache over the ice cream and spread it out.

Freeze the bowl for 30 minutes to set the layers.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining pint of vanilla ice cream and the rest of the chocolate ganache.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top layer and sprinkle with crushed chocolate cookies and chopped nuts.

Cover the bowl with the overhanging plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, remove the bombe from the freezer and gently lift it out of the bowl using the plastic wrap.

Slice into individual portions and serve with whipped cream.
