Serves:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and egg, mixing well.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
-
Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
-
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
-
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
-
Serve and enjoy!
