How To Make Low Carb Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe
Delicious and healthy oatmeal raisin cookies that are low in carbs.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened raisins
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together butter and erythritol. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Fold in raisins.

Using a cookie scoop, form 12 dough balls on a lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
