- ½cupbutter,softened
- ⅔cuppowdered sugar
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 2tspvanilla extract
- ¾cupchocolate chips,or raisins
- ¾cuplarge flake oats

Beat the cream cheese and butter with a mixer until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla then beat until combined.
