Ingredients
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Apple slices, for garnish
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine apple juice, grated ginger, vanilla seeds, honey, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

Add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.

Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the ice.
