  • 16 oz whole strawberries, frozen
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • cups orange juice
  • 25 oz champagne, or sparkling wine


  1. Thaw fruit at room temperature but do not drain.
  2. Place fruit in a blender container or food processor bowl.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Cover and blend or process until smooth.
  5. Stir in orange juice. *
  6. Slowly stir in champagne or sparkling wine.
  7. Serve over ice garnished with an orange slice and strawberry.

Recipe Notes

*Can be prepared to this point, covered, and refrigerated overnight till serving time.
