This Prosecco Punch is sweet and tangy, made with pineapple juice, Prosecco, peaches, fresh mint, and more served in pineapple-sugar rimmed glasses!

Ingredients

  • 3cuppineapple juice
  • 3cupseltzer water
  • 750mlProsecco,(1 bottle)
  • 1cupvanilla vodka
  • 2cuppineapple,sliced
  • 2peaches,thinly sliced
  • ¼cupfresh mint,plus more for garnish
  • 3cupice
  • 10pineapple wedges,for garnish
  • cupgranulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the pineapple juice, seltzer, Prosecco, vodka, pineapple slices, peaches, and mint in a punch bowl

  2. Add ice and stir to combine

  3. Using a wedge of pineapple, wet the rim of the glasses

  4. Dip the rims in sugar, then fill the glasses with the punch, and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a sprig of mint
