How To Make Perfect Eggnog

A wonderful way to kick off the holiday spirit with a batch of eggnog! This version is for adults only with the inclusion of rum but nonetheless it surely is a delicious treat to be enjoyed around friends and family.

  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup milk (or softened ice cream)
  • 6 eggs (one at a time, beating well after each addition.)
  • ¼ cup rum (or 1 tsp. rum extract)
  • 1 tub Cool Whip ((8 oz))
  • nutmeg (optional)
  1. Blend the marshmallow creme and ice cream or milk together.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in rum then fold in the Cool Whip.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with nutmeg.
