How To Make Apple Cider Cups
Ditch your typical cups and enjoy drinking these apple cider cups – a creatively delicious treat with a tangy kick brilliant for your outdoor parties!
Serves:
Ingredients
- large apples
- lemon juice
- apple cider
Optional:
- cinnamon sticks
- whole cloves
- allspice,and/or star anise for garnish
Instructions

On a cutting board or sturdy surface, cut off the top of the apple.

Take a paring knife, then carefully outline the “rim” of the apple cup.

Use a spoon or melon baller to carefully scoop out the center of the apple to form a “cup”.

If the apple doesn’t sit exactly level, slice off a few millimeters off the bottom to make it even.

Brush a little lemon juice over the inside of the apples to prevent browning.

Fill the apple cups with apple cider, then garnish with cinnamon, cloves, and allspice.

Serve, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Feel free to warm the apple cups in the oven before serving. Be careful not to leave them in too long, or the apples will lose their firmness
