How To Make Homemade Lemonade

Fresh lemonade made easy with just a handful of ognredients.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 lemons (juice)
  • 4 cups cold water (or sparkling water)
  1. Blend 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar well in small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Let cool and refrigerate.
  4. Mix the syrup well with the juice from 4-6 lemons (strained or not, as you like) and stir well.
  5. Add 4 cup cold water and mix.
  6. Try using sparkling water for some fizz!
  7. Pour into thermos or large jug, adding thin lemon slices if you’d like.
  8. Tip: Make more lemonade thank you need and freeze it in ice cube trays, adding the cubes to the lemonade so it’s never diluted.
