Ingredients

  • 24wonton wrappers
  • ½cupbutter,melted
  • 6ozjalapenos,diced, or to taste
  • 8ozcream cheese,softened
  • 2tbspgreen onions,chopped
  • ¾cupcheddar cheese,shredded, divided
  • ½cupmozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Brush each wonton wrapper on both sides with melted butter, then place them into a mini muffin tin.

  3. Bake the wonton cups for 7 minutes.

  4. Mix the jalapenos, cream cheese, green onions, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese in a small bowl, reserving ¼ cup of cheese for topping.

  5. Fill each wonton cup with the cream cheese mixture.

  6. Bake for an additional 12 to 14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wonton is browned.
