How To Make Chilli-charred Brussels Sprouts

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
