Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and slightly charred around the edges.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
