Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2cupsheavy cream,at room temperature
  • ¼cuppowdered sugar
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • 3.4ozvanilla pudding mix,1 box, prepared according to box
  • 4cupsblueberries,2 pints
  • 2lbsstrawberries,hulled and halved
  • 2tbspsugar
  • 1vanilla pound cake,cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to a stand mixer.

  2. Whip to stiff peaks, then fold in the prepared vanilla pudding.

  3. Mix the berries with the sugar, then let sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Layer the pound cake, then pudding, then berries in the trifle bowl.

  5. Make a second layer of the pound cake, then pudding, then end with a large mountain of berries.

  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  7. Serve, and enjoy!
