Ingredients

  • 4 slices of pound cake, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup of rum
  • 1/2 cup of Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 cup of vanilla custard
  • 1 cup of mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the rum and Bailey’s Irish Cream.

  2. Place a layer of pound cake cubes at the bottom of serving glasses.

  3. Drizzle the liquor mixture over the cake cubes.

  4. Top with a layer of vanilla custard, followed by a layer of mixed fresh berries.

  5. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used.

  6. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top.

  7. Garnish with mint leaves.

  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
