Ingredients

  • 1 packet of jelly mix
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 2 cups of custard
  • 1 cup of crushed biscuits
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the jelly mix in boiling water, then add the cold water. Stir until fully dissolved.

  2. Pour half of the jelly mixture into a square dish and refrigerate until set.

  3. Spread a layer of custard on top of the set jelly layer.

  4. Sprinkle the crushed biscuits evenly over the custard layer.

  5. Pour the remaining jelly mixture on top and refrigerate until fully set.

  6. Once set, cut the trifle into squares and serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
