Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of crushed pistachios
  • 1 cup of lemon curd
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In serving glasses or bowls, start layering by placing a spoonful of crushed graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.

  2. Add a layer of raspberry.

  3. Top with a dollop of lemon curd, spreading it evenly.

  4. Sprinkle a pinch of crushed pistachios over the lemon curd layer.

  5. Repeat the layers with another spoonful of crushed graham cracker crumbs, raspberry, lemon curd, and crushed pistachios.

  6. Finish with a generous layer of whipped cream on top.

  7. Garnish with a few raspberries and crushed pistachios.

  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
