- ½cupconfectioners sugar
- ⅓cupStrawberries & Creme Jello-O pudding mix,dry
- 16ozpound cake,frozen, thawed and diced
- 3lbstrawberries,2 quarts, diced

In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, and pudding mix on medium-high until light and fluffy.

Assemble the trifles by layering cubes of pound cake, followed by a layer of strawberries, then a layer of strawberry mousse.

Repeat the layers, then top with whipped cream, a strawberry, and sprinkles.
