How To Make Peach Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups evaporated milk , or cream
- 2 ½ cups peaches, canned, sliced
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Almond extract, few drops
- 1 ½ cups rice, cooked
Instructions

Beat eggs, sugar and salt well in a bowl. Add milk and syrup drained from peaches.

Cook in a double boiler until the mixture coats a spoon, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Add spices and almond extract. Combine with peaches and rice.
