  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins , optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Bring water to a boil. Add rice and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Beat egg and milk in a medium sized bowl. Stir into rice. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat. Cool. Enjoy.
