- 10 oz sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1½ cups egg whites, fresh, or All Whites
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup oatmeal, dry
- 3 scoops Iso-100
- ½ cup low-carb baking mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mash prebaked sweet potato.
- Blend all ingredients together into a batter.
- Pour into a non-stick muffin pan greased with cooking spray.
