How To Make Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Our creamy avocado mousse is paired with dark chocolate to balance out the fruity and chocolatey flavors in this desirable dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2pcsRipe Avocados
  • 4oz70% cacao baking chocolatemelted
  • ¼cupcocoa powderunsweetened
  • cupalmond milk
  • cupmaple syrup
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • ¼tspground cinnamon
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.  Puree until creamy.  Spoon the mousse into 4 small ramekins and chill for at least 1 hour.

  2. Serve the mousse topped with a dollop of whipped cream and/or your desired toppings.
