- 2pcsRipe Avocados
- 4oz70% cacao baking chocolatemelted
- ¼cupcocoa powderunsweetened
- â…“cupalmond milk
- â…“cupmaple syrup
- ½tspvanilla extract
- ¼tspground cinnamon
- sea salt
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Â Puree until creamy. Â Spoon the mousse into 4 small ramekins and chill for at least 1 hour.

Serve the mousse topped with a dollop of whipped cream and/or your desired toppings.
