Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pistachios, crushed

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Stir until smooth and then remove from heat.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy.
