
How To Make Cranberry Mousse Pie
This cranberry mousse pie calls for only 5 ingredients to make a vibrant dessert! Whipped topping is folded into cranberry Jell-O for an airy filling.

- 1cupcranberry juice
- 3ozcranberry flavored Jell-OĀ® mix,(1 package)
- 16ozcranberry sauce,(1 can), jellied
- 2cupswhipped topping,frozen, thawed
- 1pie shell,(9-inch), baked
Instructions

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the cranberry juice to a boil. Remove from heat, add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cranberry sauce for 1 minute. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until well mixed.

Chill in refrigerator for 2½ hours or until thickened, but not set.

Remove from fridge and fold in whipped topping until mixture is thoroughly blended.

Spoon into pie shell and chill until firm.
