  • 1 pkg Jell-O Brand Strawberry Flavor, 4-serving size (Sugar-Free Gelatin)
  • ¾ cup water, boil
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries, sliced
  • ¾ cup Cool Whip, thawed


  1. Mix gelatin and boiling water in blender at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice; stir until partially melted.
  3. Add strawberries; blend well.
  4. Blend in whipped topping.
  5. Pour into dessert glasses.
  6. Chill about 2 hours. Garnish.
