Ingredients
- 1 pkg Jell-O Brand Strawberry Flavor, 4-serving size (Sugar-Free Gelatin)
- ¾ cup water, boil
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups strawberries, sliced
- ¾ cup Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- Mix gelatin and boiling water in blender at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 30 seconds.
- Add ice; stir until partially melted.
- Add strawberries; blend well.
- Blend in whipped topping.
- Pour into dessert glasses.
- Chill about 2 hours. Garnish.
