
How To Make Dark Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
This classic favorite crinkle cookies made tastier with the addition of cocoa powder and melted dark chocolate for a fluffy and chocolatey cookie.

Ingredients
- ½cupdark chocolate chips
- 1cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 2cupswhite sugar
- ½cupVegetable Oil
- 4eggs
- 1tbspvanilla extract
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 2tspbaking powder
- ½tspsalt
- 1cuppowdered sugar
Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips in 30-second increments until fully melted when stirred.

In a stand mixer, add the cocoa powder, melted chocolate, white sugar, and vegetable oil on medium speed.

Add in the vanilla and each egg once fully incorporated.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt on low until just combined.

Place the bowl in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray your cookie sheets well with canola oil spray or line with parchment paper.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough into the bowl of powdered sugar and roll in the powdered sugar completely.

Lightly roll into a ball shape with your hands then roll through powdered sugar again before putting it on the cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes on one sheet at a time.

Once out of the oven, remove the cookies from the parchment paper in the first couple of minutes.
